Steve used this attack while in his Kaiokenx20 form during his battle against Frieza in his 70% full power state inflicting a great deal of damage before unleashing his Kaiokenx20 Kamehameha at the tyrant causing a massive explosion that left both Steve and Frieza exhausted.
